Esports League: Apex Legends - Rules and Sign-up Procedures

• General Rules and Regulations:

• The league is open to all players aged 13 and above.

• Players must have a valid Apex Legends account to participate.

• All participants must adhere to the game's terms of service and fair play policies.

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

• Teams must consist of three players.

• Each player can only be a member of one team throughout the league.

• Sign-up Procedure:

• The sign-up period will begin on June 1, 2023, and end on June 30, 2023.

• Interested players should visit the official league website (provide website link) during the sign-up period.

• Fill out the online registration form with accurate and up-to-date information.

• Provide the following details for each player:

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• Email Address

• Apex Legends Username

• Region (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia)

• Team Name (if applicable)

• Agree to the league's terms and conditions.

• Submit the completed registration form.

• Team Submissions:

• Teams must be formed prior to the sign-up period or during the sign-up period.

• Each team must have exactly three players.

• The team captain will submit the team's registration on behalf of all team members.

• The team captain should provide the required information for each player as mentioned in the sign-up procedure.

• Teams must agree upon a unique team name that does not violate any copyright or trademark laws.

• All team members must agree to participate and be available for the league's scheduled matches.

• The team captain will be the main point of contact for all league-related communication.

• Competition Schedule:

• The league's competition will begin on July 15, 2023, and continue until February 14, 2024.

• Matches will be scheduled on specific dates and times, which will be communicated to the teams in advance.

• The league will follow a tournament-style format with multiple rounds and eliminations leading up to the finals.

• The league organizers will provide detailed information regarding the competition structure, scoring system, and match rules prior to the start of the league.

• Finals:

• The league finals will take place on February 14, 2024.

• The top-performing teams from the preceding rounds will qualify for the finals.

• The exact format and location of the finals will be announced closer to the date.

• The league organizers may provide travel and accommodation arrangements for the qualifying teams, subject to sponsorship and budgetary considerations.
